This document provides details of the sponsorship and exhibition opportunities available for HEVC11, the Hybrid & Electric Vehicle Conference 2011 being held on 18/19th May 2011 at the University of Warwick.
Conference Overview
Following the success of the Hybrid & Electric Vehicle Conference held in 2008, we are delighted to announce this 2011 Conference and Exhibition. This event will bring together leading participants from Academia, Industry and Government for stimulating discussions on key aspects of Research, Technology and Strategy within the Hybrid an Eco-friendly Vehicle arena.
HEVC2011 is a two-day event located in the International Manufacturing Centre and Warwick Digital Laboratory at the University of Warwick.
A Gala Dinner has been planned at Warwick Castle where delegates and exhibitors can enjoy an evening of medieval merriment.
The key objective of this 2 day conference, gala dinner and exhibition is to exchange ideas and information relating to the latest research in this important area of vehicle development.
Exhibition Opportunities
We are offering a maximum of 12 exhibition spaces only at £750+VAT to include 2 Gala Dinner spaces or alternatively £600+VAT excluding the Gala Dinner.
These spaces are offered on a first come, first served basis.

- Opportunity to place material (banners) up at Gala Dinner (subject to confirmation from Warwick Castle)
