LCV 2010

LCV2010 aims to demonstrate that, despite the economic difficulties over the past year, the development and deployment of Low Carbon Vehicles and technologies in the UK is continuing to gather pace.

This year Cenex has teamed up with UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) and aims to bring 50 International VIP's to the event to showcase the capabilities of UK technology providers and to provide a wider global platform for collaborative opportunities.

LCV 2010 will follow the same format as LCV2009 in terms of hosting  three events in one:

  • A low and ultra low carbon vehicle and technology exhibition showcasing the innovative R&D from the UK's leading automotive OEM's, technology companies, supply chain, research organisations and universities.
  • A low carbon vehicle ride and drive where customers and International VIP's can experience driving the latest Low and Ultra Low Carbon vehicles around a number of tracks within the safety of the Millbrook Proving Ground.
  • A conference and technical seminar programme will run in parallel over the two days of the event, with discussions ranging from "Why the UK is leading way in low carbon vehicle RD&D and deployment" to "Strategic capabilities development in vehicles and infrastructure development to support low carbon vehicle deployment"

Companies are invited to sponsor the Technology Exhibition.  Visitors will be invited to ride & drive the latest low carbon vehicles.  The seminar programme will give visitors the chance to hear from some of the most influential low carbon vehicle advocates.

Please note that this event is by invitation only. Visitors are able to register online at www.lcv2010.co.uk
