'Source London' - the pan-London electric vehicle charging scheme - goes public

In a press release issued on Saturday 6th November 2010, Transport for London announced the Mayor's plan for an electric charging network in the capital would go live in Spring 2010, delivering 1,300 charging points across the city by 2013.  The scheme has been part-funded under OLEV's Plugged in Places programme, and will be launched under the brand name 'Source London' to provide a 'one stop shop' for charging point and subscription information.  Transport for London has offered other cities the use of the trademarked branding to assist in the creation of a recognisable national electric vehicle charging network under a single identity.

Cenex to present paper at the World Electric Vehicle Symposium and Exposition

Cenex to present paper at the World Electric Vehicle Symposium and Exposition (EVS) series, organized by World Electric Vehicle Association (WEVA), which is recognized as the premier event for academic, government and industry professionals involved in electric drive technologies. The Cenex paper - UK Electric Vehicle Deployment and Performance Study, is co-authored by Cenex, Millbrook and the university of Newcastle.
