Low Carbon Truck Trial
The Low Carbon Truck trial was made up of 12 consortia across the country comprising of fleets, station suppliers, dual fuel system suppliers, universities and testing facilities. As of July 2016, 371 trucks in the trial operate on a variety of low carbon fuels such as dual fuel, dedicated gas and used cooking oil. 15 refuelling stations have also been deployed through the programme.
Working in Partnership with Nottingham City Council
Cenex is working in partnership with Nottingham City Council to help deliver the City and regions ambition to be a global leader in low carbon mobility. This partnership approach has resulted in Nottingham being awarded “Go Ultra Low City” status by the UK Government’s Office for Low Emission Vehicles (OLEV).
